Are your mugs and dishes microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes.  Any exceptions will be detailed in the product's description.               However, hand-washing is highly recommended to promote the longevity of your handcrafted piece of pottery.

Do you take custom orders?

I am not taking custom orders at this time.                                                                 I welcome inquiries via email regarding pieces you would like to see in future kiln-loads; ie something that is "out of stock" that you would like to see made again, or, a type of dish you would like to see in the future.

Where do you ship to?

Local pick-up or delivery is available within, and near to Thunder Bay.                  I do ship via Canada Post -within Canada only-.  The items are packaged after the order is placed.  I will then connect with the customer to arrange the most appropriate shipping option.

How much does shipping cost?

Most often, the cost is approximately $27-$30 to ship 1-6 mugs; or 1-4 bowls, within Canada.                                                                                                There are exceptions.
